Rental Payment Agreement (If Applicable)*
Space rental fee payment must be made by cash, check, money order or bank card. Payments must be received by Mount Zion's accounting department two weeks prior to the event. Non-receipt of the rental payment will void the facility use contract agreement. Fees will be assessed for any Mount Zion property loss or damages during the the rental of the specified facility. Changes made after the facility has been prepared are subject to additional labor and set-up charges and after hours usage will be subject to additional fees.
Deposit & Fees (If Applicable)*
Fifty percent of the space rental fee is due at the signing of the contract. This fee will be held by the church in order to hold the space for the requestor, however, it will be deducted from the balance. The fifty percent space rental deposit will be retained by the church if the requestor does not cancel within 72 hours before the event.
Mount Zion Baptist Church of Greensboro reserves the right to determine when and if it is in our best interest to rent space to anyone in order to ensure the integrity of our church. Mount Zion may also require your group to provide evidence of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage insurance coverage.
