Mount Zion is seeking individuals to serve at Beautiful Butterflies Charity Lupus Walk in September. Please sign up below!
Serving Areas Needed
First Aid – Respond to anyone who’s in the need of immediate attention during the walk. If any type of aid is provided then the person’s name and contact number will need to be recorded as well as a brief description of the incident.
Parking Attendants – Assist all incoming and outgoing traffic in relation to the 5k Walk/Run. Direct all incoming traffic to the permitted parking locations.
Spotters on Trail – Stand throughout the course to direct runners/walkers on where to go and to make sure that everything is ok with the participants.
Encouragers throughout trail – Provide audible and visual support of the runners and walkers during the event. As well as assisting anyone to a seated area who may need to rest, prior to finishing the walk/run.
Water Providers – Provide water to all runners/walkers at your designated area. You will also need to make sure to alert any Spotter that your water supply is low so that you don’t run out.
