Daughters of Destiny seeks to assist Mount Zion Baptist Church in equipping women to meet their spiritual, relational and emotional needs and that of their families. Marriages
for Christ
The mission of Marriages for Christ is to educate, enlighten, and enrich marriage relationships so as to empower the priest-head (husband), and the helpmeet (wife) to continue the work entrusted to them by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Men of Valor
The purpose of Men of Valor (MOV) is to unite men at Mount Zion Baptist Church to develop them spiritually, economically, educationally, and socially. Redeemed
Redeemed's focus is to teach hurting individuals how to begin to allow God to take control of their lives in order to be made whole. The attention of this ministry is on building up the lives of people with substance abuse and addictions, physical/mental abuse and traumatic experiences. This is accomplished in a group setting. Scouts
The Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Brownies have been established as alternative environments for members and non-members, with their basic foundations centering on Christian principles each group is committed to equipping, encouraging, and enabling young boys and girls ranging from 6-18 years of age. Senior Adults
The Senior Adult Ministry services adults who are 55 years of age and older by offering a broad cross-section of activities. From physical activities (like bowling, power walks and aerobics) to educational activities (like seminars, theatre, church and community outreach projects), this ministry appeals to members and non-members alike.
