The Encouragement Ministry is designed to help position the church for long-term stability, long-term maturity and long-term growth.  We accomplish this goal by building the “Family Unit” with strong marriages and healthy relationships.  The family is God’s creation.  It is the most essential and most noble of all human institutions.  When families are healthy and functional, society prospers at every level. 

Each Ministry Department has a Ministry Team Leader and a Ministry Resource Director. These persons work in conjunction with every ministry in the department to guide and assist in the smooth execution of their individual events.

Each ministry submits their requests to the Ministry Team Leader. In turn, the Ministry Team Leader, forwards requests to the Ministry Resource Director when it requires staff resources. To view our ministry-driven flowchart, click here.
