ON GOING EVENTS

Exercise and Nutrition

Kick off 2012 with the healthier you! Join Mount Zion’s Fitness and Wellness group. Resistance training to tone your body into the healthy fit person you have been wanting to be. You will experience classes on nutrition, cardio fitness, Zumba, Resistance Training and more. There will be free give aways and incentives to help you reach your goal. You could possibly lose as much as 2 lbs. per week. Certified Instructor, Heremene Westmoreland, will lead the class. The cost is only $5.00 per class. Register today by emailing Monica Davis at davism@mtzbc.com. Deadline to register is January 15th. Don’t miss it. Class will resume on Tuesday, January 17 @ 6:00 in the Fellowship Hall

Word on Wednesday, our noonday bible study, is held every Wednesday from noon until 1pm. Come out and join us.

February is T.E.A.M.gelism month! We ask that you invite your team members, everybody, anybody and Momma'nem! The member who brings the most guest for this month will receive a Kindle Fire!! Remeber this is also dress down month.

March

Singles, for 6 weeks will have an Authentic Relationship Series: "Taking off the Mask". We will talk about being authentic with yourself and others, forgiveness, trust, dealing with conflict, and pursuing healthy relationships. When you are living in your true identity, the relationships you have with others will also be more authentic. Come join us as we have real talk about ourselves and our relationships with others. The Series starts Thursdays, March 1-April 5, 2012 at 7 pm in the Chapel.
