Kick off 2012 with the healthier you! Join Mount Zion’s Fitness and Wellness group. Resistance training to tone your body into the healthy fit person you have been wanting to be. You will experience classes on nutrition, cardio fitness, Zumba, Resistance Training and more. There will be free give aways and incentives to help you reach your goal. You could possibly lose as much as 2 lbs. per week. Certified Instructor, Heremene Westmoreland, will lead the class. The cost is only $5.00 per class.
