Savor an evening of inspirational jazz adorned in black, as we kick off Singles’ Weekend.  Relax to the sounds of smooth jazz.  Nibble hors d’ oeuvres and just enjoy the atmosphere while you socialize with other singles.

Minister Massie currently serves as the Minister of Young Adults and Singles under the direction of Pastor Claude R. Alexander, Jr. at The Park Ministries. She is also the founder and Executive Director of SoulFire International Ministries, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals to reach their highest potential by providing economic and educational opportunities with mentorship and support. Above all, Minister Massie has a passion for God, a contagious excitement for the Gospel, and an insatiable desire that God be glorified in her life and in the world.

Weekend FAQs

How much is the Registration Fee? Is there is deadline?
The registration fee for the Weekend is $50.00. Registration will begin Sunday, August 2, 2009. The registration deadline for the conference is Sunday, October 25, 2009.
 
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes a souvenir weekend bag, your admission into the Jazz Party on Friday night,   classes, continental breakfast and boxed lunch on Saturday.
 
Who should/Why you should attend?
Single adults ages 18 and older (college students, seniors, single parents, divorced, widowed, etc). Therefore, if you are a single adult interested in coming together and fellowshipping with other singles while being encouraged in your walk with God, then you should attend!
 
Where and how do you register?
You can register in the Atrium (2nd floor lobby) after service on Sundays and Wednesday nights, online or in the church’s Accounting Department. You can make a payment by check, cash, or credit.

Is there a price difference if I only want to attend the Saturday classes or vice versa?
Yes, if you choose to attend one of the two events, the  fee is $25.00 versus $50.00 for the entire weekend per person.
  
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with proper notification to the Single Vision leadership team. They may be contacted via email at singles.weekend@hotmail.com.
