YMAC

The purpose of the Youth Ministry Advisory Council (YMAC) is to coordinate, develop, monitor and facilitate the Youth Ministry at Mount Zion Baptist Church.  This group is responsible for the success and the growth of the Youth Ministry and its program.  YMAC provides for protection, correction, and direction for the youth of Mount Zion ages 0-19.

Youth Worship Team

The Youth Worship Team is a division of the Worship Team at Mount Zion Baptist Church.  The function and role of this team is to develop each worship experience, capture feedback from the student body through surveys and maintain profile information of students who are a part of a Youth BLAZE experience. We ask that parents share in our Worship Experience once a month to hear, see and involve themselves in the curriculum, culture and cause of our ministry.

Student Leadership Team

The purpose of the Student Leadership Team is to be the voice of their peers.  They represent students both within the ministry and are responsible for bringing external school/community issues that directly affect their peers. They are also responsible for providing a variety of services to students within are established E’ Teams of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Youth Ministries

The Youth ministry offers a variety of opportunities to volunteer. They include: Arts & Drama (Dance or Step), Music, Usher, Hospitality, Praise Team, Choir, etc.
