Thank you for your interest in using Mount Zion Baptist Church as a venue for your event.. Please be aware of the following: Mount Zion Baptist Church reserves the right to refuse rental without explanation. Mount Zion Baptist Church also reserves the right to cancel a rental agreement at any time should a conflict between the parties arise and cannot be resolved. > Mount Zion Baptist Church does not publicize or allow publicity of non-Mount Zion events on campus. This includes, pulpit announcements, bulletin announcements, the distribution of flyers or ZNN (video announvements).. > A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the signing of the contract to secure your date.. > A Certificate of Liability of no less than $1,000,000.00, may be required for your event. > Renters are responsible for any damage to the facility while onsite. Payment for damages is due prior to leaving the facility. > Decorations must be taped; no thumb tacks, pins or staples. > All decorations must be removed prior to leaving the facility. Any items left will be discarded. > Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises. > Facility rental cancellations must be made two (2) weeks prior to scheduled event in order to receive a refund.
