All publicity request must be submitted by Monday at noon, 14 days prior to desired air/post date. Limit bulletin announcements to 20 words. Please include a script for all advertisements. In submitting this request form, you have read and understand the above guidelines. Mount Zion reserves the right to edit or omit items submitted for guideline reasons, space, etc. In every effort to be fair and consistent we permit only 2 weeks of air time for your event. In special cases or if time permits we will do our best to accommodate more marketing time.
You will be notified if changes or delays may cause your advertisement not to run.
All marketing submissions or events publications that are submitted, will need the approval of your E-Team Leader & Resource Director before completing this form. Please note: Your respective Resource Director will be copied on all marketing request as an FYI and to give guidance on Church Policy and Procedures, and/or unforeseen calendar conflicts.
