Our ministry resource & support departments are designed to build strong relationships in order to effectively do ministry. While each member of the body has its own assignment, it takes each member working together to reach the goal of the Church.
Our team is committed to serving God and His people in excellence. Below is a listing of our team. They are listed in alphabetical order after the (C) level officers.
Odell Cleveland
Chief Administrative Officer
Pastor Cleveland is currently responsible for improving the operating efficiency, supporting the CEO/Senior Pastor in administrative decisions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. He operates from the perspective of bringing the expertise and experiences of business entrepreneurship together with the mission of the Church.
Peggy Ward
Chief Financial Officer
Elder Ward oversees our Accounting & Finance Department ensuring accurate reporting and timely financial information, addressing issues surrounding capital structure and economic forecasting to ensure the success of the Church. She also manages tangible assets, insurance regulations and human resources.
Johnny Alston
Ministry Resource Director
Deacon Johnny oversees the Enabling Ministry and the Facilities Department. His responsibilities are to provide leadership and resources for E-Team and Ministry Leaders and to provide support during events. Johnny is also responsible for the care, use and management of all Church owned and leased property.
Marieno Brisbon
Ministry Resource Director / iChurch Minister
Minister Marieno leads the Evangelism Team and oversees the iChurch Online Campus by providing leadership, programming and ministry development. In addition, He works with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities. Marieno also assist with outreach.
James I. Brooks, IV
Director of Marketing
James leads our Marketing Strategy Team, overseeing brand awareness, graphic design, web development, online and television broadcast, digital imaging and the communication teams. He also manages Information Technology, Special Projects and Administration. James works with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities.
Gralin Bryant
Ministry Resource Director
Pastor Gralin leads the Exaltation Ministry, organizes the order of worship experiences through Planning Center and partners with the ministries that support worship. In addition, Gralin works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Deon Clark
Youth & Children’s Pastor
Pastor Clark’s innovative approach and developing creativity lead the development of our Imagine Kingdom, a 10,000-square foot state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for our children. In addition, Deon works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Mike Coleman
Media Manager
Mike leads the Media Department by providing insight and direction with media equipment set up, coordinates the development, production and distribution of audio and video products and he works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Monica Davis
Executive Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor
Monica’s responsibility is to enhance the Senior Pastor’s effectiveness by providing information and management support. In addition, she works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Belinda English
Executive Administrative Assistant
Minister English serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Pastor Emeritus and the Chief Financial Officer. Providing calendar resource allocation, human resources modeling, contract management techniques, and coordination of financial merchants.
Joseph Frierson, Jr.
College & Young Adult Pastor
Pastor Joe gives oversight and direction to the College and Young Adult Ministry. In addition, he serves as the Discipleship and Outreach Coordinator. Pastor Joe works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Andi Hodges
Graphics Coordinator
Andi leads our graphics team, overseeing print design and web content. Andi serves on the Communications Team & works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
Monshaire Johnson
Ministry Resource Director
Monshaire oversees the Encouragement and Equipping Ministries. These ministries are designed to position the Church for long-term stability, long-term maturity and long-term growth. Monshaire’s responsibility is to manage resources and provide leadership for E-Team and Ministry Leaders.
Demetria Wade
Resource Coordinator
Demetria serves as support to all ministries of the Church. She also coordinates the usage of the facility for inside and outside events. She provides administrative support to the Marketing, Information Technology and Communication Teams.
Corey Williams
Director of Music & Arts
Minister Corey oversees our Music, Dance and Fine Arts Ministries. These departments are an extension of the Exaltation Ministry and are directly involved in the majority of our worship experiences and events. Minister Corey also works closely with the Creative Team to identify future innovative opportunities to assist with visual presentation and productions.
