Family we are excited to be in partnership with The American Heart Association and the Hampton Home Mobile Kitchen. Come join us each Monday for Family Cooking Workshops. Come learn from a trained chef on how you and your family can increase your healthy eating profile and still enjoy the historic recipes that you all have enjoyed for years! Did you know that Mount Zion has a quilting ministry that gives handmade quilts to Guilford County children in need. Come join us for our Annual Quilt-a-Thon and learn how to make these beautiful quilts. Each quilt sows a seed of God's word.
